PPC Auditing Tools ("we", "us") runs the audit tool and website at ppcauditingtools.store. This page explains what data is collected when you use it.
When you submit a URL to be audited, we crawl that URL and generate a report. If you unlock a full-site audit, we collect the email address you provide at checkout (via Stripe) so we can send you the "your report is ready" email and let you access your report later. We don't require an account or any other personal details to use the tool.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are used, so we can improve it. This only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes the payment and tells us only that it succeeded.
Audit reports are stored so they can be accessed via your private report link for the 7-day access window (and afterward, at our discretion, for support purposes). Report links are unguessable but not password-protected — treat your report link like you would a shared document link.
Payments are processed by Stripe (you'll see this directly during checkout). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Behind the scenes, we also use standard email delivery, database, and web hosting infrastructure to run the service — none of these receive more data than needed to do their specific job, and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We don't sell your data, and don't share it with any third party beyond what's needed to provide the service itself (e.g. Stripe needs your email to process payment).
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
